The annual Vancouver Island Retreat for spinners and weavers will skip the year 2013. In its place the Association of North West Weaving Guilds will hold its biannual conference in Bellingham, Washington. The date of the conference is June 17 to 23rd. Many of the Vancouver Island guilds are members of this association and their members will be attending. Check this page for pictures of the event.
The Qualicum Weavers and Spinners will be hosting the workshop "Lacey Places" with Jane Stafford. This workshop takes place in Parksville at the MacMillan Gallery, April 19 to 21st. Check this page for pictures from the workshop.
